KERALA GOVERNMENT TO CONSIDER MASS KILLING OF STRAY DOGS ,ASKS PERMISSION FROM SUPREME COURT

Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Friday (September 16) said that the menace of stray dogs cannot be solved by killing the dogs and added that to overcome the issue a scientific solution must be sought.

The government is implementing planned solutions for it. It is important to remember that beating, poisoning and tying up dogs on the streets will not solve this problem. Indulging in such acts is unacceptable. Similarly, people should take care to protect domestic dogs and not leave them on the streets,"

These people just have some issue with their brains, beacause if killing or poisioning dogs could solve this problem it would have been solved a long time back and moreover why humans are thinking that they are the only one who has right to live on this earth if killing a dog who has bitten someone is the solution then for humans why we are following our constitution, this law should be used for humans as well killing and poising humans who beat dogs,or kill them.
